1 The context

The welcome seminar levels up students coming from different tracks, introduces them to their future courses and creates an encounter between students, teachers, professionals and alumni. The Business Game is the thread that ties all these activities together and sets the scene for the whole programme.

2 The setup

The session data is used and analysed throughout the year across several courses : communication, management accounting, IT, negotiation and the Personal and Professional Project.

3 The results

At the end of the programme, the management simulation helps assess progress, knowledge acquisition and skill development among future graduates. The Business Game generates quizzes, written reports, role plays and oral presentations, which together form a multidimensional assessment.

1 The context

Every year for more than 30 years, Arkhé has supported the Ordre des Experts-Comptables in running its European management tournament. For 48 hours, management students step into the daily reality of a company director.

2 The setup

These new directors consult virtual partners online (insurer, banker, marketing consultant, chartered accountant, suppliers), played on site by facilitators and professionals. Beyond the decisions taken for their company, players compete in the sourcing, communication, finance, logistics, marketing, production and human resources challenges.

3 The results

The tournament used to start remotely and finish on site. The 2021 edition, run entirely remotely, kept this professional and friendly gathering between chartered accountants and students alive.
