Facilitation Tip #11: Peer Assessment

💡 Nothing boosts motivation quite like being assessed by your own competitors. During challenges run alongside the game (see Tip #6: The Communication Challenge), don't hesitate to put together a jury made up of rival teams.
Not only will the teams be forced to hold the quality of their deliverables to the highest standard, but they will also gain real insight into assessment methods.
