Facilitation tip #2: Competitive analysis

💡 In Arkhé business games, teams compete against one another. As a result, making rational decisions isn't enough to perform well: you also need to know your competition thoroughly in order to position yourself against it.

To pull players completely out of the classroom mindset, the facilitator can disable access to the Leaderboard. Players will then have to identify the right indicators to benchmark themselves against their competitors.
