💡 The facilitator plays the stock market.
In the session settings « stock market trends », the facilitator can adjust:
1. Expected dividends: raising them increases the value of shares (and vice versa)
2. Risk premiums: these usually barely move
In the session settings « non-negotiated interest rates », the facilitator can adjust:
The risk-free rate: raising the risk-free rate increases the value of securities (shares and bonds).
